Bought this item a few weeks ago and found that it works very well with Amazon download software. It does not pretend to be an Ipod, if I wanted that quality level I would have paid the extra £100. What I have found is that when used with a JBL docking station the sound quality is excellent. It is ideal as a travel companion and, worse case scenario, if lost or stolen, it is hardly the end of the world @£26. Well pleased with this purchase. Also I omitted to select my choice of colour with the original order, company contacted me soonest and problem was resolved and item despatched. Before i ordered this one, i've read the reviews. some criticised there's no notice, it's not easy to understand how it works and so on...i don't think i'm a genius, though it didn"t take me long to be able to use it properly.
Anyway, obviously, for that price, you can't expect a huge quality or something worthing a real iPod, but for that price, that's definitely a good product. I mean, with good earphones (not thoses sold with it, but it's the same problem with every MP3 or MP4, whatever which brand it is, the original earphones are quite bad...) you have a really good sound, it doesn't take ages to navigate through your songs to pick the ones you wanna listen to.
The only 'bad' point would simply be that it reads only AMV videos, no MPEG3-4, no AVI and so on...
To be short, i would say it's simple. And simple doesn't necessarily mean it's not good. If you don't wanna spend 100£ for a iPod or any other music player, buy this one, you won't regret it.

This device does exactly what it says on the tin. It is far cheaper than the top of the range and, of coure, its features and its performance are not as good. But for what I paid for it I got a bargain.
Personally, I bought it because it has an in-built FM radio which an iPod NANO does not, and the fact that its MP3 capacity is lower was not as important - and anyway you can still get hours of music and podcasts into 4GB. The radio works nicely with headphones but you will probably need an audio extension lead if you are playing it through a sound dock as it takes at least 15 inches of cable to provide an effective aerial.
I found that the controls were a little awkward at first and a proper instruction leaflet would have been really nice, but I soon worked out how to use them by trial and error anyway.
I am pleased I bought it.

Recently i purchased this mp3 player because my old one stopped working. I came across this one and thought, looks good, great price, i think i will buy one. Big mistake!
Firstly it states that you are to email the company with your desired colour, my order stated that i was to receive a purple mp3 player. I received a blue one. I soon found out that the head phones didn't work and the tiny little booklet that has all of a few sentences of instructions were for a different product!
Still i thought i was being hasty in thinking it was Japanese Rubbish so in decided to try and put some song on the player, the player kept switching itself off and the songs i put on the player would not play.
So i quickly emailed the company and am currently in the process of trying to get my money back. I am quite shocked Amazon would let a company sell dodgy Japanese rubbish through their website. I forked out extra money and bought and 8GB Ipod Touch instead. Actually works.
